As the Director of Marketing, Kristen is responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts by expanding Channel Key’s brand awareness. Kristen spearheads strategies to increase brand visibility and enhance marketing presence. She develops marketing initiatives to build and expand new client growth and traffic.
Before Channel Key:
Kristen has over 15 years of executive marketing management experience on a national level in both corporate and agency business. Her most recent role as Director of Brand Marketing for Zappos.com has afforded her a unique perspective on the rapidly evolving e-commerce market. She successfully developed and expanded the brand partnerships program essential to an increase in overall Zappos yearly growth and revenues. As an executive for Zappos, she oversaw the marketing strategies for over 500 top e-commerce brands. She has also worked with other top agencies in Las Vegas leading brand relationships for the Air Force Reserve, MGM Grand Resorts, and DIGISTOCK.
Schooling and Personal Tidbits:
Kristen studied at the College of Southern Nevada and has over 20 years experience in all aspects of traditional and non-traditional marketing with a focus on brand development and management. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children traveling to new destinations together. With a large extended family in Las Vegas, she loves entertaining and Sunday dinners. As a lifelong hockey fan, she is really enjoying the new Vegas Golden Knights team.
