Managing Catalog Complexity Across Multi-Account, Seasonal, and Licensed Commerce

OVERVIEW

Evergreen Enterprises operates two Amazon seller accounts, Evergreen Seller US and Woodstock Wind Chimes, across one of the most diverse consumer catalogs Channel Key manages. The portfolio spans 20+ categories, including seasonal decor, hearth, flags, doormats, licensed sports merchandise, and a full branded wind chime line. Prior to the engagement, performance visibility stopped at the category level. Channel Key built the data structure to manage performance at the subcategory and ASIN level, week over week, against forecast.

APPROACH

  • Build Subcategory and ASIN-Level Reporting
Replaced category-level visibility with weekly forecast tracking inside Via, giving the team granular insight across a portfolio spanning 20+ categories.

  • Create Separate Catalog and Advertising Strategies
Tailored distinct approaches for each brand based on category profile, pricing, and seasonality, rather than managing Evergreen Seller US and Woodstock Wind Chimes as one undifferentiated account.

  • Coordinate Ads, Content, and Inventory Readiness
Aligned execution across seasonal, branded, and licensed categories so launches and promotions had the content and stock in place to convert.

CONCLUSION

Channel Key improved how Evergreen manages a complex, multi-account catalog by building subcategory and ASIN-level visibility through Via. The program helped the team identify performance shifts faster, act with more precision, and manage seasonal, licensed, and branded assortment complexity at scale. Evergreen Seller US maintained 5.4x ROAS and 18.6% ACoS, while Woodstock Wind Chimes drove growth at 3.6x ROAS with limited ad investment. Across both accounts, the engagement supported 465,000+ units sold and 97%+ Buy Box ownership on key ASINs.
